How long does it take to set up?

Most users send their first invoice within 15 minutes of signing up. Add your company details, customize a template, and you're ready to go. No training needed.

Can multiple team members use the platform?

Yes! Invite team members on Pro (up to 5) or Enterprise (unlimited). Each person gets role-based access — finance, operations, or admin — so everyone sees exactly what they need.

Is it difficult to learn?

Not at all. MyCompanyDesk is designed to be intuitive — if you can fill in a form, you can send an invoice. We also have an AI-powered assistant built in to help you with any questions.

Can I set up recurring invoices?

Yes! Schedule recurring invoices for any client — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. They're generated automatically and ready to send. Perfect for retainer clients and subscriptions.

How does reverse-charge VAT work?

MyCompanyDesk automatically detects when reverse-charge rules apply based on your customer's VAT number and country. The correct compliance text is added to invoices automatically — no manual work needed.

Can we customize invoice templates?

Absolutely. Use our built-in PDF editor to customize your logo, brand colors, fonts, and layout. Every invoice, quote, and credit note will look exactly like your brand.

Who can access my data?

Only you and the team members you invite. Role-based permissions let you control exactly who sees what. Your data is encrypted and stored securely in EU data centers.

Is there a complete audit trail?

Yes — every change is logged with who made it and when. Full traceability for audits, disputes, or compliance. This is included on every plan, including Free.

How long is my data retained?

Your data is retained as long as your account is active, plus the legally required retention period (7 years for Dutch tax law). You can request full data export or deletion at any time.

Can I export my data?
